Once you collect all 25 Rift artifacts, the outfit will be unlocked. Not entirely correct. Collecting A CERTAIN artifact is what unlocks Altair's robes. You do not need to collect ALL the artifacts in the rifts. I know because I've had his robes for months, but only just got the last rift artifact last night.
